the breakfast selection impressed me, it had many options. the reception staff handled everything with great care. i got upgraded to the emma penthouse suite and was stunned. i appreciated the extra space.
i found the indoor pool to be quite crowded, mostly due to many children diving, something that compromised the relaxing atmosphere i expected in a spa setting.

the hotel boasts relaxing gardens. there is also an indoor swimming pool with warm water. the facility includes both a dry and a wet spa, both were clean. tennis courts are available for free use.

my suite was gorgeous and comfortable. the rooms were spacious and the housekeeper kept it tidy daily. my room included a large balcony with a small table. chairs and a clothes rack were provided.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food and drinks. the breakfast super nice team. i found the fried cheese starter at tribistro restaurant delicious. breakfast in bed was also a good option.

I really enjoyed the greenery all around. Trees outside my room and by one of the pools. The staff service was REALLY good throughout the hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Stefanie at the spa gave a wonderful massage!!! The food was AMAZING!!!
I wish the indoor pool was heated at all times. It was intermittently heated, made planning a swim difficult. I wanted a reliable option regardless of the weather outside.

The staff were very attentive to guest needs, especially Matthew were really good to ensure a comfortable stay. Reception staff was always helpful with directions and information. The shuttle service was reliable and timely, offering convenient transport.

The staff was friendly, i suppose. The location seemed okay.
The room i got was supposedly an upgrade, but it felt more like a downgrade. the bathroom was clearly designed for someone with mobility issues, not me. the shower design was terrible. Water went everywhere. i asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. not very excellent

I GOT upgraded to a penthouse suite. This suite featured a private terrasse. The front desk welcome was REALLY nice. The location is suburban, BUT st julian is just a short ride away.

The breakfast buffet had a top-class selection. I enjoyed it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to Valletta and Sliema was available multiple times daily, which I found convenient. The apartment was gorgeous and quiet!
Some external people entered during the weekend and were impolite. They were in the dining room and swimming pool, and some children even urinated in the pool. I reported it to the responsible person, but nothing happened.

my room, superior double room, was lovely and clean. staff was attentive to any need i had. breakfast offered decent variety for several days. the bed was very comfy.
the sun loungers at the outdoor pool needs comfy padding, these was plastic.
